Payment plan:
• 50% - on signing of preliminary contract,
• 40% - subject to agreement,
• 10% - upon receiving of Act 16.
If you deposit 90% of the property price on signing of the preliminary contract and the rest 10% when Act 16 is issued, you will get a discount.
Besides the apartments, described in section "Prices and availabilities", the parking lots are also offered for sale. You may acquire an open parking lot at the price of EUR 10 000 while the price of the covered parking lots vary between EUR 12 000 and EUR 16 000.
